Was I just hungry or is the sirloin burger pretty good?

Just flew MSP to SEA in F and they served what I thought was a decent airplane meal.

A tasty sirloin burger and what I think was a grilled potato salad. The meat was good enough to eat without the bun which was the only minus. ( not quite stale but cold).

Dare I say it... I was impressed.

It's becoming (or has become) a somewhat standard F meal. I agree, it is really tasty. I enjoy the burger but the potato salad is what leaves me impressed. The potato's are not too cooked or too under, just right.

Flying SEA-ANC this Saturday on a Lunch time flight. Hoping for the burger as an option since i've never had a chance to try it.

Neither are the potatoes.

You can actually expect a 1,500+ miles standard "dinner" menu on this segment. It was a salad + short ribs or pasta + gelato lunch last weekend, and I've never had a standard "lunch option" on SEA-ANC somehow.
