would appreciate any info!
Arrive Dec 14 11:15 am Boeing MD-88
Gate A45
Time between flights: 0hr 57min
Is 57 min enough to leave for
Terminal 2 Gate 217
Detroit MI (DTW)
Depart Dec 14 12:12 pm to Beijing China (PEK)
Also on the way back
Time between flights: 1hr 30min
Is 1.5 hr enough to go through customs at DTW for US Permanent resident?

Never heard the old terminal called T2 before, at least not since the new McNamara has been built, and even then I think they all had names over there. And gate 217?
But 12:12 pm sounds like the departure time for the DL nonstop.
In that case 57 minutes from the US to Intl should be no problem.
But 90 minutes for immigration and customs might cut it close on the return.

Being DTW based, I've never heard of Terminal 2 or a gate with a number anything close to 217.
But more so, I have never known gate information to be available for a flight 4 months out. Most of the time, you'd be lucky to know the gate 12 hours out.
If both your flights are on Delta and neither is a barbie jet, chances are they will both be in the McNamara A Terminal. 57 minutes is easily doable. As other have said, 90 minutes on the return for clearing customs might be close.
