Haven't received them, am leaving for a flight tomorrow. PM flight companion also hasn't received theirs. (Our DM buddy has, though.) Would have loved to have them to show the proper sign of fealty before the KLM lounge guardians in AMS, but will have to profusely apologize and beg them to look me up in the system instead.

Called Delta, they claim to have mailed them in mid-January. Two months is plenty of time for even USPS - so what's the deal here? Lost? Some sticky-fingered postal worker wanted those HOOUs for himself? The woman on the medallion line (with a MSP accent) told me that I could not request replacements until a certain waiting period had passed. She also couldn't find anywhere on the website where I could either request new credentials OR print some temporary ones (like the KLM lounge guardians would be fooled by stuff I printed at home anyhow).

Anyone have any success either in receiving their credentials, getting replacements, or finding the temporary print option on their stupid website?

Has anyone tried using the membership cards on the Delta app? Do they work overseas in the KL / AF lounges? It would be nice not to have to carry an extra plastic card around. I'd definitely use it in a backup situation.

Many packets still haven't been mailed yet. People who called in and had reps tell them the packets were mailed months ago have called in again and subsequently been told this wasn't actually the case, and that the packets are still coming.

Doesn't include HOOUs, bag tags, or anything else normally included in the welcome packet. Just a card.

This just reminded me that I have yet to receive my 2014 credentials as well. I wonder if the re-order card will generate a current card if I am in the yet-to-be-shipped group.

I received my DP cards and luggage tags, and some "Job well done" cards, but no instructions of any Platinum perks.
Is that a separate mailing?

This is a "me too" post. I'm Gold (have been for years) and have never failed to receive the welcome packet in reasonable time til this year. Still waiting. About a week ago, I emailed about this at the "Contact Me" button. Got a quick response that my question had been received and response would be 3,4 days. Nothing since.

I have never needed to show anything other than my boarding pass and ID to get entry into the KLM lounge in AMS. No card necessary!

You only need your boarding pass to get into the Crown Lounge. The boarding pass will say Skymiles Elite which will be all you need

Also, I got a replacement PM card about a month ago because I lost mine overseas. Took about 4 weeks to get.

NO, you must be SkyTeam ElitePlus to get lounge privileges on international (as a GM+).

Not quit true, only an elite level printed on the BP will be not enough for some lounge dragons. and your BP outside Delta territory can say Sky Priority, nothing at all or just Elite Plus.
Personall score for the this and last week: entered crown lounge 25 and 52 @ Schiphol 3 times. times asked to show the DM/SC card: 3 times.

Oooh and saw a lounge dragon refusing a Skymiles Plat on an arrival flight travelling in BE. So SC card also may come in handy.

I haven't received the 2014 card either, even though I have nearly qualified for 2015 PLT at this point.

I typically find SkyTeam lounges more trusting of boarding pass status (or read the seat number to see if I'm in Business)... contrast to Air Canada dragons in YYZ, who insist I fish out my UA 1K card every single time.

So I just received a credentials packet for FO even though I am GM. I called and rep says a GM packet is also in the mail to me. The rep seemed to think it was odd that I got the FO packet. Has this happened to any other GMs? I know DM typically receives PM and DM packets, but why would they bother sending a GM the FO packet...

I've never received a PM packet, but this year DL first sent me my DM card that said (only) 1MM.

Same deal here. I swear it's a little thicker too over last year's.

I'm still waiting for my DM credentials.
