pricing question
I'm trying to book FLL-TPE, TPE-NRT, [cruise], SEA-FLL for 4/17-18, 5/1, 5/29.
I can get a decent price for FLL-TPE, SEA-FLL ($997) but if I add in TPE-NRT the price goes up by almost $600 (which is about the price of a OW TPE-NRT.) I tried pricing FLL-NRT with a RT NRT-TPE, but the NRT-TPE flight books as M and is expensive. I can get a OW TPE- NRT on Cathay Pacific for about $300 so I guess that's the best. Am I missing some way to do this all on Delta?

The SEA->FLL leg will always price as a separate leg, so put that aside. I guess it runs about $200.
Your might try looking for a FLL->TPE TPE->NRT (stop) NRT-> (US, who the hell cares). I would think you could find such for around $1000.
Your could also look at a CI ticket on the Asian leg. You will still get DL miles for such.
