ATL, Term-E/F, internat arrival-- Priority Security Check?
Hi all,
Arriving ATL internat., likely into E-- is there a way to avoid the general security screening and find a Sky Priority line (that is faster), when connecting to a domestic flight?
At JFK I just walk upstairs, but haven't found the option in ATL...
Thanks in advance, Ken

Later flights send connecting passengers to E, where IIRC there is a SkyPriority security lane. Terminating passengers are sent to F. However, if you don't have a checked bag, you can follow the exit signs for passengers terminating in ATL, do immigration and customs in F, and then go upstairs in F to re-enter throughout the SkyPriority security line.

Look for the military passengers. For some reason, they all seemed to be using the SP security lane.

On my last arrival in E, I saw for the first time a SP sign, but without clear indication where to go to. So I asked and the agent opened a closed rope to let me shortcut the whole queue. Haven't seen an SP sign in F though.

UPDATE: though it doesn't really get you past the whole queue... just through the line a bit faster. You still have to wait behind anyone in the accumulated line at the metal detectors.
