I get the disgruntlement with the use of terms like "Dragon" and "Kettle" but getting upset at the use of "Delta.dumb"? Really? It's a website. Website's don't have feelings, and the website can often be very difficult to use and navigate.

Expressing one's disgust with a bad product is not a personal attack on anyone. Calling you an idiot if you think the award calendar is OK would be wrong.

I get what OP is trying to say, but like me, he's just a lowly FO. Give it time OP, you'll become just as frustrated with DL as the rest of us - and hence why some rant a bit from time to time. (me included)
And look, Delta.dumb is totally fair. Even DL admits their website is crazy. Bottom line, a forum like this is about a community of travelers sharing their tips, tricks, advice and stories. Sometimes those are good, sometimes bad. We shouldn't be blasting folks for having an opinion and sometimes using creative language. It is often true and valid. Speaking from experience this year alone after 20 or so DL flights - there isn't much to be happy about. |

But anyone who thinks the award calendar works (from a passenger's perspective) has a very strange notion of "works."

I don't understand why some people have a problem with the term 'dragon'. When someone uses the term I don't assume they are meaning to be offensive. In fact, dragons are beautiful and magnificent creatures. Not to mention they are also fictitious creatures. Just a term used to describe the gatekeeper. Nothing more.

And typically a gatekeeper with attitude, so dragon makes sense. But look, if people have a problem, let's just call them leprechauns or unicorns.

I think it fits here. Just as long as you stay happy, We'll stay happy! A little depressing Into the woods to liven up your day. BRB, I need to SDC onto the 8pm home flight home while I still can. |
What would be a really refreshing change is an enhancement that's actually an enhancement. Not a small thing like name-brand blankets or a partnership with a hotel chain whereby you can earn even more points that are worth less and less every day, but actual useful benefits, just not losing them, never mind actually thinking of anything more.

Is the OP in the Little River Band?

So why are we allowing silver members to post ?
