1/3 MSY-LGA Q Fare upgraded at gate. DL held 10 of 12 for the gate on a 319. She was 1 of 5 on the list at T-3 hrs. Flight went out with at least 1 empty F seat.
1/3 LGA-MSY Q Fare Upgraded 4 days out.

So far I'm at 200%.

PM and kettle companion cleared at each window (for separate PNRs) for LGA-PBI on 1/1/2013.

The return is showing F1, so not expecting a repeat.

First time participating, but last year did reasonably well (about 35% as an FO, but 1 for 8 travelling with kettle companion who just hit FO)

2013 Percentage = 10% (3/30) as FO
57% as GM (12/21)
100% as PM (2/2)

I don't have as much detail as others, although things are looking different than 2012.

GM 2012 (by MQMs): UG 5 days out whenever around 5 seats available.
GM 2013 (by segments): 1st flight of the year (T) less than 2 days away, and entire F open--16 seats! No UG yet. :confused:

The online DL seat map showing all open does not necessarily mean that there is no one in F yet, it could also mean that some of the people who are going to be in F just have not chosen their seats yet.

Not worthless to me. It's nice to have a place to log this information, and to see what routes are being upgraded regularly for others at different status levels.
