Upgrade eligible/requested ?
I have one that reads eligible while all others say requested.
The only difference is on this flight I am taking my son (who is not medallion)
Can someone tell me how this works? Do I need to request something?

You need to fix the one that says "eligible". The quickest way is to tweet @deltaassist with your confirm # & ask them to change it to "eligible". If you don't do tweeting you'll have to call & have them fix it. Believe me, tweeting works much faster & with less aggravation.
