New Economy Class E Fare?
Today I was trying to book a domestic roundtrip from FLL to DTW. Usually the lowest (cheapest) fare is Class T for Delta. On the third column, it has an option for Class E (Basic Economy E) - Non Refundable, No Changes, Seats assigned at check in..
It seems like Medallion member still can get upgrade. Anyone tried that fare before??? Is it new ???

Not new... there is a large thread quite a few months old about this. Its a additional deeply discounted fare bucket that is only marketed on certain leisure routes.
Most if not all people on here would actively avoid it due to the additional restrictions and usually minimal cost savings.

E-class is listed and there has been plenty of discussion as well. 100% miles and upgrades when booked as a published fare.
