Has anyone looked at the T&C attached to a recent SWU? The ones sitting in my account now are of an early vintage. I wonder, in fact, whether the T&Cs are updates for all SWUs that haven't been applied yet or whether different generations of SWUs (based on the issue date or program year) could have different T&Cs.

Yeah, but usually you can use miles from a full Y on a ST partner to get upgraded. Not so with AZ.
My SWUs are older also, so no idea if the T&C update 'on the fly'.
