Ease of getting out a window seat with E+

I'm a spoiled AA EXP that will be flying DL from JFK to SAN in the near future. Since I am short (five six) legroom per se is not a big deal for me. I am considering purchasing E+ ($79 OW). I am a window seat person (like my own little space and not having to get up) and my question is the ability to be able to get out of a window E+ without making your seatmates get up. Since its a 5-6 hour flight I will probably need to use the lav at least a couple times in flight.

There's extra room, but not that much. Your seatmates will still have to get up.

Depending on the aircraft, you can get out of some bulkheads/exit rows.

True, forgot about exit rows in particular. I'm only a couple of inches taller than the OP, though, and I have difficulty with most bulkhead seats.
