I don't think this has been posted yet.

for acheiving over 2 billion in revenue, Ed and Richard promised to do these videos in the top two sales offices.

First, that's cool and good for RA. I liked him way more than Doug S at NWA.

Second, it would have been interesting to see him deal with the regular DM line and see what many if not most of us have to put up with in terms of frustrations in booking awards, in this video it appears he just sold tickets.

Nonetheless, good for him. ^

Will he be answering calls sitting at the desk of C.E. Woolman, which he is honored to be able to sit at every day?

I don't know why everyone has these hostilities and disliking for RA. I think he comes across very personable and likeable.

Nice video. You would think if the Pres or CEO of the company was coming to the office for the day you might dress up a little?!?! I know it's a call center, but the dude with the big chain and ball cap! Common sense isn't so common I guess.

There are many reasons to like or dislike someone besides how personable they are.

I realize that. However, an individuals personality has a lot to do with how well that person is liked or disliked.

In my office, I work with several people. One of them has the personality of a rock and is generally left alone.

RA is personable and likeable.

And, ohhhh, what I'd pay to get one of them to take a call that walks them through their broken award calendar

Reservation agents are pretty much employees who know how to access reservation systems. There still are a lot of folks who call in rather than use online systems as you can see by the sales figures and I would have thought that number would have been a lot lower by now.

I know he is not Gordon Bethune, but he seems a nice guy to me.

Love the link to the Hitler youtube parody after this finishes. Hitler's pissed because Delta dropped SUX and now he can't fly there to get his Fly SUX T-shirt.
