I don't get how ATL-PRG/CPH/TLV/SVO, routes which worked with Delta before, can't work now.

Anyways, they want you to fly AF/KL. If it wasn't for DALPA having a 50/50 agreement Delta would likely try to pull a NW and just fly to LHR/FRA/AMS/CDG. The Delta way is to outsource....welcome change.

I don't see how one reaches that conclusion - unless one is a pilot's union negotiator seeking leverage by fighting about every single segment that's a codeshare. There's lots of DL-metal to primary and even secondary European, Asian, and S American destinations. It resembles the old NW-Europe network, and present AA-Asia/Europe networks, not at all.

Another round of S12 changes?

I booked a trip that included DL183 CDG-JFK for June 3 because it was listed at the time as a 764 (and the forum posts here indicated DL183/184 were in fact a 764 for S12). Looking at the seatmap now, though, it looks like I'm looking at the old-school 763 layout -- has there been a change to the schedule? I assume it's too early for that to be a one-off sub. Does this mean Delta made another round of aircraft changes for S12 across the board?

I'd change my flight to an Air France flight if that's the case but want to be sure first.

I'm flying JFK-CDG on June 3rd and saw the same - pretty pathetic...they just left me in 30G (window in the back)...a regular non-preferred Y seat.

Thanks for posting the change...I would not have been happy to find that out once the plane became more full!

The 744 was removed from ATL - NRT and is of course, back to the 777LR. I believe I read somewhere on anet that the 744 will restart on ATL - NRT once enough 744 mods have been completed so that it will ensure that particular type of plane on a consistent basis.
