FYI - I was told by a good friend of mine who flies for Compass that this is the first E170 going in to get a 9F 60Y mod.

It is definitely not a regular scheduled flight. The regularly scheduled flight around that time is the SkyWest CRJ-200 that departed 30 minutes after the flight above.
Hopefully they get these things done soon!
