Squeaking the wheel time after time after time on an internet message board doesn't get any WD-40. Wouldn't it be easier to wait the 7-10 days that they said it would be and see if that works and ..... about it again after that if it doesn't happen? |

I agree with indufan. I have been quite squeaky, but they have sent me perfectly convincing emails asking for 7-10 days. It's the end of the year, they have had blizzard. I am willing to wait. I don't want to redeem immediately anyway.

I just qualified for DM with flights yesterday. Status was updated today. Upon going to the Choice benefits page, I was offered both 2010 & 2011 DM benefits. I haven't kept up with this thread, but as I understand it this is not what people were being offered. It seems to be fixed, at least for me. Thanks to all the "squeaky wheels!" I didn't even have to submit a question on the matter! So, in all this year:
Oct 8 - PM - 2010 & 2011 benefits were available for selection Dec 31 - DM - 2010 & 2011 benefits were available for selection Thanks DL! |
