I made my choices online. The 50K RDMs appeared immediately, the travel vouchers are not yet in my profile. As HWGeeks said, cool beans.

I qualified on 12/17 as a first time Platinum, but I still don't see the 2010 choice button. Any idea who I need to contact?

As a follow up, my follow up email to DL was answered almost immediately, with the more favorable "manual selection" response. Sometime in the next hour after that, I got another email which said that I could now go online and select both 2010 and 2011, which I can.

So far as I can tell only DMs are having success getting a positive email response from Delta on this issue...? Or have any PMs been given the option to claim 2010 benefits? As a PM I have emailed twice now -- both times through the generic complaint/compliment link -- and have yet to hear back at all. Still no 2010 option available upon logging in. Can someone who has had success with this let the rest of us know which link/option/address you are utilizing to contact Delta? Thanks very much.

Well, I just sent an email into Delta using the Email listed above. We shall see what happens. Why does Delta do these things? I know I do not have to ask though. I really hoped that with the loyalty and issues we put up with to continue to fly Delta they would understand why we asks for some of these things. Some of us have to overlook price from time to time and still ride with Delta, others have to justify to a higher power due to this choice. C'mon Delta, not all of us want something for nothing! Just look at some of these decisions being made and ask, how would I feel as a FF if I reacted in this manner! Simple as that!

I received an e-mail yesterday saying I'd be able to choose my 2010 PM Choice Benefit manually, and I can already choose my 2011 PM Choice Benefit online.

Do you all have any advice on which to go with? This is my first time choosing a Choice Benefit (switched to DL this year).

How are the new SWUs -- worth it? I am debating that, the 20,000 miles, or gift cards. Any and all guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

another PM here, still waiting for 2010 choices to appear, having written 2 follow up emails to delta customer service, with the first 2 emails sent before 12/20 being answered with polite "no" on 2010 choices. No answers yet on the followup emails. Not sure how long this will go on. I will post any responses in this thread.

My 2010 selection page magically appeared this morning, along with the 2011. I hope this is happening for all of you. Happy new year!
