Even MEM and CVG get some love:

MEM to Cancun + Montego Bay

CVG to Cancun + Punta Cana

DL must be able to make a bundle on the route

Currently connection to KUL from DL is practically impossible.

True, KUL is more of a market for Europeans, but i do believe code share with MH for evening departure, many Japanese travelers will use this route on the top of connecting US passengers.

the route i really want to see is
1. LGA-LCY/LCY-SNN-LGA on all BE 737 (Reduce JFK-LHR 3 to 2)
2. NRT-KUL
3. ATL(or SLC)-SAF
4. JFK(or ATL)-LIS
