OLCI problem
FYI - Just got off the online CS folks. DM line couldn't assist.
Apparently there is some website problem for doing OLCI for locations requiring passport info to be entered.
Agent said I was the 3rd person she talked to with this issue. She was able to enter my info and check me in, then I could re-print the BP.
She said that must be some problem with the website....gee....ya think ?

I was unable to check in on-line for my last two trips... when I tried to access my itinerary through the new glitz and glitter pages.
But, if I access the itinerary through the link on the "It's time to check in" e-mail, which bypasses the new blue smoke and mirrors, I have no problem.

I wasn't able to OLCI today for a flight to Canada tomorrow.
At first I was told it was because I had Alaska Air flights on the return (?) but after being transferred to the IT desk I was told it was a TSA issue and they wanted to verify my passport info.
I travel a lot though & this has never been an issue before.
So I was not able to OLCI & will go stand in a line tomorrow instead.
Update: I tried again to OLCI some 12 hours later & was able to do so successfully. Not sure why I couldn't do it this morning but at least I can go directly to the gates now for a 0600 flight.
