In BE, there is AVOD. IIRC, the same selection as the A330s. Not as modern as the 777s, but decent selection of movies and music. Food is the same as any other BE offering. I like the Japanese option ex-NRT. Overall, a very similar experience to the A330s in BE.

I definitely prefer the upper deck. A more private experience, service is usually a little better, and you get the nice windows bins on the side. 73A is the best seat as it's a bit easier to get out over your aisle seat neighbor.
I've got this plane in BE, albeight to JFK and not to MSP, from NRT and to be honest with you, i am spoiled by the 77L I took TPAC from DTW to HKG in J. A far superior product then anything else delta has up-front. I am actually not even looking forward to the flight. The seat is not that comfortable, the IFE is dated; other then this being the first time riding on top in the 744, I'd rather connect through atlanta and ride the 77L in BE.

Thanks for the report.

I think I can survive that ride.
