Is a codeshare "m" fare upgradeable?

If I book ATL-MAN on an M fare, albeit as a KLM codeshare (via DL.Com), is that upgradeable with a PMU?

thanks

From the T&C:
For travel on KLM, certificate may be used to upgrade only on published fares in M, B, S or X class... Upgrade reservations on KLM operated flights must be booked by Delta.
So, yes you can but I would call first and make sure upgrade inventory is available also, since I don't know how KLM handles same day standby upgrade.

If you book via a DL and book an M fare and it is on DL metal it is upgradeable with miles or SWU if upgrade inventory is available.
