Delta - constant program tinkering

First there was Tiered Awards
Then there was Diamond Status
Now there is Sky Priority

Each time you tinker with the Skymiles programme, you make it worse or more irritating to use. For the Love of God, please stop tinkering with the Skymiles program.

cheers!

Not so fast. Perhaps some untinkering is needed. Would not like it to freeze as it now is.

I agree. But do you honestly think any future tinkering is actually going to benefit Skymiles members?

I would highly doubt any tinkering going forward would "enhance" things. After flying last week international, the Sky Priority is a bust. Tiered awards horrible, among other things... Diamond devalued everything as a Plat.
