WINNER!

I guess, I might be the winner. I received 7 (SEVEN) e-mails for the same upgrade. Two of them actually after I had already landed.
Too bad I did not get seven times the miles....

HA! You must be getting all of mine. So far this year, I'm 2/12 on upgrade emails. It's not a huge deal as I check at the 3.x day mark anyway, but ...

I get multiples emails too. Fortunately, so far this year I've been 6/6 on upgrades at the six day window. Do you get multiple messages if you don't get the early upgrade? Now THAT would be annoying.

I get the duplicate emails, too - sometimes as many as 4 per flight. My Gmail account groups them all together so it's not really that much of a hassle.

I also got two emails telling me tht my SWUs have arrived. Unfortunately, they only arrived once. Actually, who cares, as I'm not going to be able to use them anyway.

I get two emails (perhaps since all my flights have two segments).

same here. I really appreciate the upgrades, so want to make that clear. But the multiple emails sort of gives me pause that they were really confirmed in the first place. These multiple emails make me wonder if i'll ever get to the airport to me told "we made a mistake about your upgrades"...

Anyone else have this happen? Could it be triggered by an equipment change? It only seems to happen when I'm on a DC-9, not the CRJ-9.
I received one email five days out (as a Gold) and then another one the three days for travel on a MD-88.

It is the NW IT team in charge of the integration issues!

Most of the issues on this thread probably would have disappeared.
Bravo DL, Bravo
At 8 times the cost, you may still never get to use them!

But it was the crappy DL IT they were given to fix (i.e Deltamatic).
