Can I use miles to upgrade from K?
I know one can use a PMU, but can I use miles? This is for a domestic, flight, btw.

For a domestic flight, yes. You'll have to call to check availability/process.

I believe you can check availability on ExpertFlyer. Just input "G" class for your desired flight.
