Ticket Counters now operating as one entity?

Now that the SOC is place, the NW flt#s and callsigns are gone, and nwa.com no longer exists, should we expect uniformity at the ticket counter?

Last weekend at MDW the agent in the FC/Medallion line at the Delta counter refused to assist me as I wasn't on a NW flight. He sent me to the kiosk to check my bag, after which I waited for 10 minutes for my name to be called.

Should these issues be gone now? Or should I continue to expect agents to send me elsewhere for DL requests while they stand in front of a huge Delta sign wearing a Delta nametag?

Should be one everything now, as all airport agents are now using Deltamatic, instead of there being a PARS (NW)/Deltamatic (DL) split.
