just CANNOT get miles to post

I have emailed twice (NWA TTU) and called twice, and faxed my BPs and receipts once as requested. That is 5 requests, and no miles, after 4 weeks of trying. Admittedly, it was only for a lousy 500 MQMs and 625 RDMs on AS airlines, and it doesn't make a whit of difference with regards to status or an award, but this complete lack of responsiveness and utter indifference to the customer is absolutely infuriating. Other than emailing Kevin Pinto, is there any actual process by which DL honors its agreement to credit miles due?

I had the same problem back in October, 3 out of 4 flights on a trip had posted correctly. The 4th flight would not post regardless of my attempts. So I kept submitting, multiple times, and each time telling DL/NW that they were wasting my time and their's as all I wanted were my last flight to post correctly. It eventually happend.... 27 days later. If it takes 30+ times to submit, so be it.

For a trip on AS in early October, I ended up calling once, faxing BPs once and finally mailing a copy of my BPs and receipt after DL asked for them in a letter. The miles finally showed up in my account a couple of weeks ago, two months after the flights. I'm not sure why, but I had absolutely no doubt that they would eventually get posted and they did.
