Most of you all probably already know this, but the codes DELTATRYGOGO, AIRTRANTRYGOGO, and AATRYGOGO are all worth a free 24 hours pass. You can use the AirTran and AA codes on Delta flights, and the other way around. Each code only works once per account, so you'll have to use a different email if you want to use a code more than once.

Cleaning up my desk, I found one more GoGo coupon. First to PM me gets it. Expires 12/31.

Anyone tried this to Central America?? Departing in a few hours, and going to try it out.

The Continental US is a technical limitation, not a policy. The reception is based on ground sites in the CONUS. I don't think internationally configured aircraft are even outfitted with the gogo hardware.

If you use DELTATRYGOGO you do not need a valid name, billing address, or email address since the whole thing is free (no CC needed, thus no valid address). So, if one were so inclined, they could've gotten free wi-fi thru the end of the year just by using {some random characters}@{some random characters}.com (eg [email protected], [email protected], etc.). Just saying.

Just wanted to say thank you. I don't fly Delta all that often, but I definitely enjoyed the Wifi on my recent flight. Hope my using someone's promo code helped them out!

Another model is to claim many many more clients to raise capital. In effect under this model they would actually want you to register under many user names.

Whew... I used paulaaaaaa2110 - we almost overlapped.

Delta shareholder (and pretty happy one at that), not Gogo. But yeah, I think that's the goal... give it away free, don't worry about the lost revenue for now, and hope that people are hooked. I actually structure my routing to ensure I can be on flights with the service, and if I'm not the only one, their plan just might work.

So it worked, at least for a while. GoGo hardware on MGA bound 737. Lost connection about an hour and a half from Atlanta.

I don't think this aircraft is typical for the Managua routing. The FA mentioned they were nabbed for the flight on an equipment change after a charter service.
