DL Reserve Disappears from Delta.com

Just notice the technology tune-up this morning and the place where it previously showed Delta Reserve is now gone. Anyone else having the same problem today as well?

It's because pay with miles is turned off, my Platinum isn't showing either.

Yup... same here, missing the Delta Reserve. Was going to post but saw this thread. Hopefully it'll show up again when they finish the updates this morning. Think I'll hold off on buying a ticket until then

I never had my plat card show up on the Delta site. I am guessing it should?

mine also just shows plat med, as long as the priority ranking doesn't change, i don't care if it shows up or not.

Damn, mine is gone too, and I just hit the $30k miles boost on my statement that closed 2 days ago (see it on my pdf statement that became available today). I tried going to delta.com/deltareservemqm, but it says I'm not eligible right now (due to DL Reserve not being tagged on my account).

Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.

It's going to suck to have to type in your last name to log on from now on too, mine is only 3 letters, though, so not as bad as Mr. MacGhilleseatheanaich.

I noticed the AMEX designation "Delta Reserve" was missing under Platinum Medallion.

Is Delta doing away with the Amex Platinum Reserve card? The designation was missing this morning on my Skymiles account.

FWIW...I didn't see mine there either. I also noticed they wanted my last name to log in. Maybe they are just in the middle of upgrading the site.

The PWM designator was not under Platinum Medallion on my home page this morning at 830a, but is back now 2 hours later...might have been a small glitch with the moving this morning.
