Inactivity fee

I just received "Important information about changes to your credit card account" from Fifth Third Bank for a credit card that I have with them.

As usual, they have APR changes, increased fees, etc. One thing that jumped out and is new to me is inactivity fee.

It says:
"Inactivity fee: None, as long as there is one annual transaction on your account, otherwise $19. The inactivity fee does not apply to your card if you have an annual fee"

Are there other banks who also charge such a fee? Since I don't always read the mailing about changes in accounts, this is something that I'd like to know. I have several open credit card accounts that I haven't used for months/years.

I believe Chase is going to this type of fee for some products.

My credit unions have no such fees
