Schwab Visa
Does anyone have much info on this card? I currently have the Merrill Lynch Visa and have been happy with it for a few years, but the fact that it doesn't auto synch up with MS Money is starting to get on my nerves, so I'm looking for a different 'every day' credit card.
I understand I could call them and ask these questions, but I thought someone on here might have better first hand knowledge. Thanks!
- My Schwab accounts synch up automatically with MS Money so I have to imagine this one does too. But can someone confirm this?
- They mention on their site that it's a 1% reward (1 point per $1 -> 10,000 points per $100), but what $100 is this towards? Is it only towards reward cards, and what companies do they have cards with?
- What about point expiration?
- What are their "major" US Airlines, and does this mean international flights, just has to be on a US based airline?
- If you have a Schwab checking account with them too, can you do an immediate transfer to pay off the balance each month?
I understand I could call them and ask these questions, but I thought someone on here might have better first hand knowledge. Thanks!

I answered two of my questions by starting to fill out an application online to get to "more details."
2. The $100 that they mention is towards a check of $100.
4. Doesn't list the airlines, but there is a point breakdown to different flights:
25,000 points - max value $400 flight for inter-48
35,000 points - max value $600 flight from 48 to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico
45,000 points - max value $600 flight from 48 to AK, HI, Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean
60,000 points - max value $800 flight from 48 to Europe
85,000 points - max value $1,150 flight from 48 to Central or South America, Asia, Africa, South Pacific
