What kind of points system is it? Is it something well-know, like Worldpoints, or Thank You Points, or is it a rewards system custom to Ameriprise? Is there a weblink describing the rewards system? Do the points ever expire?

thanks for any answers.

1.5% points to cash if you deposit the cash into an ameriprise account. otherwise it is effectively 1% cashback.

APR is prime plus ZERO.

unlimited visits for free sans CO clubs which have a $27 fee per visit.

Continential lounges are $27 per visit. (per person).
the CSR was wrong. Guest are free unless a specific club has a fee (such as CO clubs).

That would surprise me, as Priority Pass charges $27 for guests at all levels of membership with their regular card, even at clubs whose regular members can bring guests for free...

Such a fee is nowhere in the terms from PP or from Ameriprise (except for CO clubs).

no, but I don't see why that is an issue. The annual fee is 1/3 of American Express platinum and this card gives you access to more lounges and you don't have to be flying a paticular airline to use one of the lounges.

For cheap lounge access without a per visit fee this card is a nice option.

Hey, sorry to be dense, but Loungeguide.net says the ORD E4 lounge is a shared NW/CO one. So, do you get dinged the $27 per visit at this one? I'm coming at this as a UA flyer who typically has to connect in F concourse to UX, so E4 ain't too bad. Doesn't help for B/C only connects tho

What, my FT lingo and acronyms weren't clear enough?

Bottom line: with this card, do I need to pay $27 every time to access the shared Northwest/Continental lounge in Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, across from gate E4?

Ameriprise has 3 types of credit card offers:
1. Ameriprise World Elite Mastercard
2. Ameriprise World Mastercard
3. Ameriprise Mastercard
Each card option has special rewards. But the best feature of all cards is that they are all available worldwide.
