Jetblue from Amex?

I am closing my Amex Gold charge card, and I have 95,500 MR points, so I was thinking of transferring it to True Blue, and getting a Amex Jetblue credit card so they don't expire in a year...

My question is, the not expiring is before you reach the 100 points, but once you reach the 100 points it automatically issues an award.. and the award must be redeemed within a year, so does having the Amex Jetblue credit card extended the life an award????...

Simple. No. The jetBlue AmEx ONLY makes your points not expire. TrueAwards always expire. They have to be booked by the expire date (so you can travel after the date).
