Culling premium cards
Need to weed out premium cards, as I have too many.
Currently I have
CSR @$550
Amex Plat @$595
Amex Biz Plat $595
Amex PRG @$250
Some are old (CSR is 4+yrs), some are just coming up for renewal.
There is a lot of duplication of benefits, and I don't think I need all of them. I have a small business, but not a lot of spending on the bonus categories for business cards.
Which premium cards do you keep for long term?
Currently I have
CSR @$550
Amex Plat @$595
Amex Biz Plat $595
Amex PRG @$250

CSR for me doesn't justify its value beyond the initial signup period. Even with the $300 TC, I don't see the path to the other $250 in benefits. DoorDash and Peloton credits don't do it for me, and the lounge access is weak and easily found elsewhere. I keep a CSP around to use for rental cars (primary collision insurance).
Amex Plat earns its place in my wallet year after year, though it's more of a card I hold instead of spending on because category bonuses are weak, with the exception of 5x air. So I put all my air travel on it. $550 AF... with $200 travel credits, $200 Uber credits, and $100 Saks credit, all of which I use, I only need to find $50 in value elsewhere to break even. Centurion Lounge, Platinum Lounge Access, Priority Pass, and Delta Sky Clubs... lounge access is way better than the CSR. That more than does it for me.
Had the Biz Plat. Dropped it because I don't spend that much at Dell every year and it earns 5x only on travel booked through Amex Travel. I transfer points to airlines and redeem directly with those programs so the 35% Pay with Points rebate is uninteresting to me.
I could probably justify the PRG if I ate out more. I get 6% on groceries already with the Amex BCP though.

Congrats on making me feel better! I have just three premium cards (CSR p, Amex Plat, and Hilton Aspire) but still want to get rid of one myself. I thought the pandemic would drive me to do it, but the the added benefits from Amex have driven me to keep those, and I am strangely reluctant to get rid of CSR.
I am not very knowledgeable of business cards, but if you aren’t using the unique features of the AMEX business plat, it seems like a prime candidate for attrition for you.
You don’t really give us enough information to make suggestions on the other cards. Do you have restaurant tabs to justify the PRG? The CSR may be a candidate to cut, Do you use enough of the benefits beyond those offered by the CSP to justify not downgrading? Or have you depleted your UR so that you are able and willing to cut off UR points entirely, and PC to one of the Chase cash back cards? If you travel overseas a lot having just AMEX premium cards might hurt you on overseas spending where I at least view AMEX as less widely accepted.
in my case I’ve resisted downgrading the CSR because I have a good stock of UR so would have to at least keep a CSP. Logically, I am not sure the CSR benefits I use justify the fee difference at the new annual fee, but I think they do still justify the fee difference at $450. I do spend significantly on cruises and the only other card I have with a broad 3x flexible point bonus for travel spend is my AMEX Green, which will be closed when the next annual fee comes due, so that makes me more disposed towards keeping the CSR also (assuming cruising comes back!).
unless you have an unmentioned use that justifies the business card, it sounds like it may be worth downgrading at least.
