CSR for me doesn't justify its value beyond the initial signup period. Even with the $300 TC, I don't see the path to the other $250 in benefits. DoorDash and Peloton credits don't do it for me, and the lounge access is weak and easily found elsewhere. I keep a CSP around to use for rental cars (primary collision insurance).

Amex Plat earns its place in my wallet year after year, though it's more of a card I hold instead of spending on because category bonuses are weak, with the exception of 5x air. So I put all my air travel on it. $550 AF... with $200 travel credits, $200 Uber credits, and $100 Saks credit, all of which I use, I only need to find $50 in value elsewhere to break even. Centurion Lounge, Platinum Lounge Access, Priority Pass, and Delta Sky Clubs... lounge access is way better than the CSR. That more than does it for me.

Had the Biz Plat. Dropped it because I don't spend that much at Dell every year and it earns 5x only on travel booked through Amex Travel. I transfer points to airlines and redeem directly with those programs so the 35% Pay with Points rebate is uninteresting to me.

I could probably justify the PRG if I ate out more. I get 6% on groceries already with the Amex BCP though.
