Angry Avion Points and cancelling
I have to cancel a trip using airmiles through RBC Avion...who do I contact ...the airlines used or Avion travel.?

I would start by using the RBC Customer Service Page

If there is no response from there, you could reach out to the individual airline to see if they can coordinate things for you. Good luck, things are a bit muddled right now.
