Bump. Any recent data points on uber eats charges? I assume they get coded as "travel" for purposes of the $325 credit as well? TIA.

I loaded money on my Uber app and I got the RTR text. The charge was labeled as travel charge so I was able to redeem at 1.5 rate. Then I was able to order food thru Uber eats.

Off-top here, but you guys are lucky getting everything back in 2 weeks after you cancelled it...

I had six tickets canceled by TK and SQ by due to covid-19 and the procedure after they notify you about cancellation is to first fill the form onsite and then call them back confirming that they get the form and then you will wait for your fare and taxes to be back to the card within 60 working days. Was told ‘do not call because we are now doing refunds for flights canceled in April’. Oh yes, because it was charged in the local currency, expect that you will get 10-30% less because of currency drops against USD.

Now back to the card. I had the card for one year, AF just got posted, my spend was 50k during this year and 90% was within bonus categories.

What are my chances to get retention points if I call? And what phone number should I call?

Sounds like they're trying to push the refund beyond your dispute window.

What is dispute window? If it is dispute of a transaction, it doesn’t apply here because bookings were made and charges posted in Sep/Oct last year.

They just say that we will eventually process refunds but it will take time and you have no way to expedite it - just sit and wait.

I know that it may have been stated, but I wanted to add that I reached out to CS and they confirmed that the Altitude Go points would pool into a separate rewards account and transferring those points to the AR pool is not available. Which kinda sucks.

Otherwise the AR would have been the killer card.

Anyone know if Altitude Reward trip delay provisions apply to award tickets (i.e. $5.60 fees charged to AR)?

Good question. I’m going to guess no, just because all their other features, such as primary rental coverage stipulate you must charge the full fair to the card. Could check TOC’s and see if it has the full fair stipulation on trip delay

Before you call just wait it out until you receive notification. US Bank has never autoapproved me but also has never denied me.
