If OP preserves Freedom for the quarterly bonus, and has only spent $100 in the bonus categories each quarter, UR earned will be insignificant.
Bottom line - what OP needs to do is to review his spending/UR earning for Freedom. Without that information, what we have been arguing are pointless.
So while I can see how you might make an assumption that a standalone Freedom card is more likely to be used as a cashback card, I don't see why you'd make that assumption for someone who's paired their Freedom with a CSP or Ink Bold and who explained that they transfer Chase points to airlines.

OP,
One thing not addressed in the volley above is that your only no-FTF card is the Ink Bold. If you intend to continue doing international travel, you might want to be sure you have a personal card with no FTF. Upthread, wheelsfirst suggested swapping the MP/Select for the CSP. You might also just add the CSP to your wallet and keep the Select. Again, this assumes you'll be flying UA enough to justify doing this.
I like to carry at least two no-FTF cards for international travel - the CSP and an AMEX SPG (for as long as it lasts). I prefer to limit my Ink Bold use to only the 5X categories.
