Current welcome offer is 50,000 30,000 Crystal points with $5,000 $3,000 spending in the first 90 days. First annual fee not waived. (as of telephone call with bank employee 8/7/2019)

Past bonuses were:

***** #1502 - signup bonus 1/16/18 BUT ANNUAL FEE NOT WAIVED ******

100,000 points after spending $5,000 in first three months. Offer expires 30 December 2015. EXPIRED

A 70,000 points offer was offered back in March 2017 and expired March 31st, 2017. EXPIRED

The requirements for the application process varies from bank to bank based on various online data points collected from FlyerTalk, Doctor of Credit, etc.

Some banks require that you go into a branch and apply personally. Other banks want you to have another account open for 90 days before you can get this card. Some banks (if you already have a relationship with them) let you apply via mail. Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.

The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Register your card for online access (cno.cnb.com). This changed on Sept 19 2019.
Register separately for the award page (www.cnbrewards.com).
Register for Visa Infinite info and access at https://myvisainfinite.com/cnb/en_us/home.html
Click "my info" to see details on points awarded.
Best* redemption found to date is $1,000 prepaid visa for 105K pts. It's now 125K pts for a $1,000 prepaid visa. Link to catalog

Does co-applying mean the applicants can't apply individually? Because it's better to just get two accounts with different applicants.

In theory yes. However, a quick PSA here:

Please try not to poke the bear so much. That's how awesome benefits go to waste for everyone.. If the community collectively used benefits carefully and we were collectively more considerate, card companies wouldn't discontinue benefits and we would enjoy them forever... For example: You get 4 cards with incidental credits, stop thinking how to get 8 for the love of ***! Can you name any other card where the incidental credit is assigned to each card? That's what I thought... This benefit is too good to be true so please be grateful and considerate.

Bankers are not idiots. They can see reports of how much card programs are costing them. Whether they are using this "investment in clients" as marketing for their bank or whether the card program is still within its planned cost, they are still extending this benefit for everyone. Extremely amazing cards and card programs have gone to waste because people over-abuse them.

Get one account, get your AUs and enjoy the benefits. Don't try to bleed them so quickly that they die. Why is it so hard to play the long game folks?

Has anyone ever had two of the CNB Crystal Visas at the same time? Is that even allowed?

Anyone have any luck with using their credit for other airline GCs?
See the wiki. It lists info for all major US airlines.

Hey, just learned about this incredible card. I'm in nyc so can apply.. I couldn't find info here about the business version of this card.. Is there a thread for it?

I believe it is the same only without an annual fee, incidental is the same, but only earning 1pt on all... Is that true? If yes... That is wild.

you do need to prove your stated income via W2 or Tax returns.

Not always. I was approved after in-branch application without any income verification.

Obviously you should never misrepresent information on a credit application. However, it doesn't appear that everyone is required to submit verification paperwork.

I just received my cards a couple days ago. They required copies of last two paystubs. I applied on my own with mid $100k income and was denied because they felt debt/income ratio was too high with mortgage. Had to add and verify DW's income (higher) to the application to get approved. To my surprise, the cards arrived with a $50K CL. It was probably one of the most involved CC applications I've done but I'm just glad to have it now.

I submitted documents proving half the stated household income (my income but not SO's) and was approved.
