Past bonuses were:

***** #1502 - signup bonus 1/16/18 BUT ANNUAL FEE NOT WAIVED ******

100,000 points after spending $5,000 in first three months. Offer expires 30 December 2015. EXPIRED

A 70,000 points offer was offered back in March 2017 and expired March 31st, 2017. EXPIRED

The requirements for the application process varies from bank to bank based on various online data points collected from FlyerTalk, Doctor of Credit, etc.

Some banks require that you go into a branch and apply personally. Other banks want you to have another account open for 90 days before you can get this card. Some banks (if you already have a relationship with them) let you apply via mail. Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.

The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Register your card for online access (cno.cnb.com). This changed on Sept 19 2019.
Register separately for the award page (www.cnbrewards.com).
Register for Visa Infinite info and access at https://myvisainfinite.com/cnb/en_us/home.html
Click "my info" to see details on points awarded.
Best* redemption found to date is $1,000 prepaid visa for 105K pts. It's now 125K pts for a $1,000 prepaid visa. Link to catalog

It appears to be a scammy way of getting double credit. Search on PGGM and credit. If it is what I think it is, it's not a choice I would make. We each draw our own lines.

Good to hear the 1k gift card can be loaded onto Serve.

Also, what are folks plans with the card? Cancel before the AF hits?
I plan on keeping it. Being based out of SFO, the Clear membership holds a lot of value, especially since it's free for both my wife and I. Plus, with the fee reimbursement being per card, we can offset the entire annual fee by loading $500 onto my United gift registry. There's a lot of benefit overlap with the Citi Prestige, but the 4th night hotel benefit offsets the fee on that one. Amex platinum is not long for my wallet, though.

I canceled a United award ($200 fee), but it's been over 3 weeks and I have not seen a credit. Odd.

Do they automatically mail your priority passes or do you have to sign up somewhere?

Still waiting for my card. I have to cancel a United award ticket $200, and I hope I'll get credited in 2015.

I'm still having a hard time finding any real details on PGGM.

That said, I think I'll be applying for this soon.

Those who have it: Which agency do they do the credit pull on?

Don't know if I should share this, but here goes--

Try googling-- "dansdeal forum platinum $200". It's the first link

I confirm that AA award redeposit fees are reimbursed. I added this and reformatted types of Airline Fee reimbursements section of the Wiki.

Any datapoints on how long between applying in-branch and when they pulled your credit? Would appreciate, thanks!

Adding AU after card opening

Does anyone know if it is possible to add an authorized user to the account after the card is opened? Both my wife and I are planning to apply and it would be awkward if the banker sees that we listed each other as AUs. I'd rather do it later, but I'm unsure how extensive the online account management portal is.

how long is it taking for airline credits to post? I purchased an AA gift card using my auth user card on 11/21 (post date 11/23) and I didn't get reimbursed yet. Still wondering whether auth user purchases truly get reimbursed as the wording is a teeny bit vague in the terms.

I did just this. The relationship manager was not sure it would be okay, but her boss said it was fine. The cards were issued with no issue.
