What is the best card for purchases at Best Buy?

I strongly thought about signing up for that card. My calculation was
$200 GC for $6
rebate = $12 from my best buy and $3 from shopkick.
but I think it's pretty risky to waste a pull on this technique. Just like cvs/safeway have stopped awarding points on GCs, BB would eventually catch up making this a risky bet for a hard pull with citi.
