Which card sign-up combo would be the best:
Option 1)
Chase Ink Bold (60k Ultimate Rewards after spending $5k in 3 months) + Chase Sapphire Preferred (40k Ultimate Rewards after spending $3k in 3 months.
Option 2)

I kind of wonder if my Delta Amex Reserve keeps me from getting these targeted offers. I really want to switch to the platinum but am waiting for a sign up bonus.
