Use this phone number to check your application status as well. US Bank does not send you an approval/denial email. Many data points show 8-10 business days for decision is normal. Add another 2-3 weeks after that to receive physical card.

Why is the balance due on my business card always shown as $0?
There are TWO account numbers linked to your business card: The card itself, which shows up in the same website account as any personal cards you may have. This will always show a $0 balance due.
There is a SECOND account - labeled the "Central Bill Account" - with its own account number. You must set up a separate website account with its own username and password to access the Central Bill Account. This is the account that will actually show the balance due and let you schedule a payment. Somewhere in the paperwork you received with the card or the first paper invoice, you should be able to find the Central Bill Account's number.
Setting up separate website account for business card:
These are the instructions that US Bank emailed me:

Anyone have any ideas about the chances of approval if you get that preapproved letter in the mail? I know nothing is ever guaranteed but wanted to know of people's experiences before I applied. I haven't frozen any of my credit reports and have a FICO of 810.

I applied when the credit card recommendation tool was recommending the US Bank prepaid card to me, with a FICO around 730 and got instantly approved, no new inquiry/account in the last four months. Based on what I've read in this thread, and consider you have an 810 score and a targeted offer, I think you are pretty much there already. Nothing is guaranteed though.

Approved according to their application status phone line. 4 HPs on my report (there are now 6 as I applied for the Arrival+ on the same day.) 771 as of August 3rd FICO according to Discover, though it should be higher now. I was carrying some large balances on some cards when statements in June and July. No previous history with US Bank.
I am assuming my CL is $14,000 as that's what it said on the page after I submitted my application and it told me I was conditionally approved but they had to review my application first.

Data Point:
8/29/14 - Did NOT freeze ARS and IDA.
Credit Karma: 780/Credit Sesame: 834 (lol - i wish).
--Applied for both the personal and the business on the same day within minutes of each other as card one (personal card) and card two (business card) of my five-card AOR. I got instant approval on both.
EX pulled for CA and my two pulls from US Bank merged into one pull. ^
As of today, I still get the "I'm sorry, your application(s) cannot be found" on the US Bank automated application status line; however, I logged onto Club Carlson's site and I did a dummy booking and see that I am eligible as a cc visa member to book the free night, so my personal went through. I had them generate a new number for my business, so I can't access that account yet to try a dummy booking, but I do see on my credit report today that I have a new US Bank account w/the correct credit limit for the biz account, so looks like I'm good there too.
*****I should point out a very BIG determining factor on the instant approvals with unfrozen accounts: I have not applied for any credit cards for two (2!) years, not on purpose, just life got in the way. So I had (past tense) a spotless credit report before my AOR. My apologies, I'm not exactly a good data point or helpful to those seasoned churners out there. -Also, if it makes a difference, I do have a five-year old credit card with US Bank and, lastly, I do have a legitimate business being self-employed in the same capacity for 12 years.

Hopefully it gives inspiration, Just realized when Club Carlson end me my Credit Report along with the credit card that my score has dropped to 708. Also I have had 2 late payments dating back to 2011 and 2012. I didn't have any inquiries for 12 months though.

I did not freeze reports. Credit score 796. Applied for 2 cards in the past 6 months and 4 in the past 12 months. Applied end of July/beginning of August and was denied. Called recon and they told me to call ARS to find out the issue. Forgot about it and never called. Called US Bank again Friday and ended up talking to someone who turned out to be helpful. They said the issue wasn't with my credit applications but with some personal information regarding addresses in my report. She sent to manual review, will call next Wednesday to clear up situation.

Snail's pace approval process
Here is a data point for those of you wondering about the snail's pace of USbank credit operations. Applied on 8/11, got the approval e-mail on 8/20, the card was in my mailbox after I got back from a few days out of town late last week, activated on 8/29. I didn't bother to call, just waited it out.

Called automated system today and my application status was changed to approved. Will check out later this week if that's accurate and hopefully the card wasn't downgraded.
