3. Profit!

I doubt this would happen, but it would be amusing.
Now people are canceling their reservation left and right.
Great way to boost the economy.

Some trails are closed in SoCal because of staffing. The trail near my home is open but with very limited parking. Today about 20 cars were towed because they parked outside of the trail head parking.

Yeah our hiking trails were "packed" today relatively speaking . A state recreation area nearby where we go hiking usually only has a handful of cars in the trailhead ever, today probably had 40-50 cars. I had never seen anything like it there. Everyone looking for something to do and/or get out decided to go hiking today.

Walk down to the front desk and ask there , if not ask the bell boy , if you are willing to pay enough they will find them for you ,

if that does not work go to the next hotel.......
Good Luck

Our local parks, which have nice walking/jogging paths and some wooded areas with trails, have been really busy the past week. I expect it will continue as the weather is warming up more the coming week.

There are people who drove around buying up all the N95 masks, hand sanitizers, etc to sell for a profit. They made a decent profit, but probably at the expense of others who really needed the masks (i.e. medical workers treating COVD-19 patients).

If you really need a mask and can't find one, some say use a scarf or a bandanna as a substitute,

Would be pretty difficult to find one right now, even from a reseller.

Make your own out of a filter such as a vacuum bag.

Santa Monica is doing the same ,

Is it that hard to stay home for a few weeks ?

Anywhere left to escape for those of us who don't own vacation homes?
Under the covers.

Agreed. Most (all?) Bay Area hiking trails are still open.

Although, similar observation as others have mentioned: A lot more cars parked at the trailhead than what is typical.

Sweden is still open for business if you hold an EU or British passport.

You are the evil genius!

although... I was on a United flight recently and it was pretty empty. Less than 20 passengers on the plane, so I went and sat in the very last row. There were about 15 empty rows in front of me. Peace and quiet.
