Using Copa Connectmiles to Book a Star Alliance Partner Ticket??
HI,
I wanted to use Connectmiles to upgrade a purchased ticket on Aegean Airlines.
I called Copa and the representative told me to do it online. When I went online, it seemed to have suggested that I call the call center.
Any advice on if this is possible with Copa and how best to do it?

Not really booking a partner ticket
Call again and ask to be connected with the connectmiles / redemption team
Note that you generally need to have purchased the most expensive fare buckets (Y / B / M) on the partner airline to actually be able to upgrade it
Upgrade inventory needs to be available also on the partner airline
