Can't submit complaint online?

I go to Copa's website to submit a complaint...

and I get this...
"Please open this webform using Google Chrome. Thanks for your comprehension."

Except I'm using Google Chrome.

I'm guessing this is a sign to not expect much from their customer service.

I was hoping for a voucher or credit for a future flight. After reading through past complaints, I think even that might be dim.

They cancelled a flight from ORD to PTY due to 'mechanical'. They refused to provide meals or reschedule for a different day. Instead, my Father-In-Law got put on an overnight flight that left after midnight (original flight was 8am arriving about 5:30pm).

I got an email address from the online chat ([email protected]) which I will send a brief summary to, but at this point, I'm going to file the DOT complaint because they refused to provide a copy of their policy for cancelled flights (according to multiple agents, they don't have to do anything).

Just ignore the message and fill in the blanks. I used Microsoft Edge without any issue, and received an automated reply indicating everything went through fine.
