COPA Customer service standards

IMO, from the last few phone calls with them, customer service has dramatically improved. I think they must have brought on board more English-speaking staff. The wait times have gone down, and the agents seem more comfortable with the CM program and know what to do.

Anyone have the same or different experiences?

Everytime I needed to contact them through e-mail (10 times +-) I had a great experience . The staff knew exactly what the problem was and helped me to solve it.
