COPA Customer service standards
IMO, from the last few phone calls with them, customer service has dramatically improved. I think they must have brought on board more English-speaking staff. The wait times have gone down, and the agents seem more comfortable with the CM program and know what to do. ^
Anyone have the same or different experiences? |
Everytime I needed to contact them through e-mail (10 times +-) I had a great experience . The staff knew exactly what the problem was and helped me to solve it.
