When does Copa release award space?

When does Copa release award space?
I'm trying to book a trip for Dec 2015-Jan 2016. I can get the Dec 2015 parts via United miles, but I can't get anything in Jan 2016 yet.
Copa doesn't seem to be on the same 330 day clock as United. In fact, no more days open up, so I'm guessing they have a manual trigger somewhere, and at some point, January will open.
Does anyone know how this should work or when I can likely find January award space for Copa?

Copa is switching away from M+ to its own FF program on July 1, so things are very much in flux. Copa has not told the public a lot about how the program will work I don't think we can count on historical experience to predict what they are going to do.
I will speculate that January 1 might be the point where they will switch over to working like a regular *A partner with UA, and they are working out the process.
