COPA cancellation fee within 24 hours

I also always use expedia to book my monthly Copa flight... It's always worked fine even when I needed to make changes.... However recently Copa has been referring me back to Expedia whenever I need to make a change... Not sure what I'll do going forward since I've never had good luck booking through Copa's site, it seems like it always times out and forces me to call in my credit card?
