CO700-Catering Error on Website?

CO700-Catering Error on Website?
I am flying CO700 in a few days and noticed that the in-flight amenities page listed "Light Meal with Choice of Hot Sandwich or Salad" in F. This is an 8:25 AM departure which arrives around 11 AM. A catering error? Lunch at 8 AM? Typically, the inflight amenities page is correct.

Must be catering error as I took 700 last week and it was a "light" snack -- a warm crouisant and fruit and yogurt.
I wonder why the flights from FLL to EWR have light snacks at meal times and FLL to IAH have full meals. EWR is actually further than IAH --

That is the million dollar question 
The breakfast service is so much more elaborate on FLL-IAH and the route is almost 1 hour shorter. The limited breakfast service is all across the board from Florida to Newark. The weird thing is that Newark services receives better lunches and dinners.
