I use [Tab] [Tab] [Tab] [Space].

Is this an issue anyone else has had?
I use FF exclusively with CO.com. I am always prompted to sign in again when I ever I try to do more than just view my account page. The login screen defaults my username, and FF remebers my PW, so it is just an extra click.

With Firefox having 32% marketshare, I think CO would be wise to fix the issue to improve the user experience instead of having people wondering why they can't login.

Hey all, just got this PM!

Hi quantumslip, we did see this feedback and are looking into how quickly we can get it fixed. Thanks for escalating. I'll follow up on this personally.

Best regards. SMO

Hmmmm

Just upgraded to FFv3.5.2. Never noticed a problem before so decided to try it out...
From the splash (home) page I can enter OP# and PIN in the OnePass Sign In area, hit enter and all loads OK
BUT
If I click Sign In on the header (up there just to the left of lovely Alex) and get the page with fields to enter OP# and PIN, when I enter that info and
  • hit Enter - blank page reloads
  • click Sign In (Secure) all loads fine

Just to let everyone know they finally fixed this on the latest website upgrade, it worked on preview.co.com. Not sure when the preview is pushed through to the website though.

It works. Praise the Lord it works!

And it only took 2 years. Here's the first (that I could find) of my complaints about this.
